At GlamourJacket, customer satisfaction is important to us. We carefully inspect every order before shipment to ensure your jacket arrives in excellent condition. If you receive an item that has a problem, please contact us so we can help resolve it.

Return Eligibility

We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

• Be unworn and unused

• Be in its original condition

• Have all original tags and packaging attached

• Not have any stains, odors, alterations, or signs of wear

• Be returned with the original accessories, if applicable

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.

Items That Are Not Eligible for Return

For hygiene and product-quality reasons, we generally do not accept returns for:

• Worn or used products

• Products damaged after delivery due to customer handling

• Customized or personalized items

• Items altered after purchase

• Items returned without prior approval

• Items returned after the 14-day return period

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Clear photographs of the product

• Photographs of the packaging, if applicable

After reviewing the information, we will determine the appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, exchange, or refund.
